SUMMARY:Ortho-Bionomy® Releases for the Spine & Pelvis (Phase 4)
DESCRIPTION:Ortho-Bionomy® Releases for the Spine & Pelvis (Phase 4)\n$350 \nMay 18-19 9:00am-6:00pm \nInstructor: Melissa Malm \n\n\nThis Ortho-Bionomy foundation class works with painless\, comfortable positions to release tension patterns of the cervical\, thoracic\, and lumbar spine\, plus the psoas\, ilium rotation\, and sacrum. The pelvis transitions the forces of the lower body into the torso. Working with the tension patterns of each vertebra can help bring balance and ease to the entire body through the principle of “Structure Governs Function.”\n\nIt is amazing how such gentle techniques can give such deep releases. It is easy on the practitioner and can easily be integrated into any massage or bodywork session. These releases can be effective for both acute and chronic tension patterns. They can help clients looking for increased ease and function\, as well as for those looking for relief from pain and tension.\nNCBTMB approved. \nThis class can fulfill a Phase 4 requirement for the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® Associate and Practitioner training programs.\n\nOrtho-Bionomy® and Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® are registered trademarks of the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International\, Inc. and are used with permission.
