Ortho-Bionomy® Releases for the Lower Extremities (Phase 4)

Prerequisites: None

May be taken as a stand-alone class or applies to certification

This Ortho-Bionomy foundation class works with painless, comfortable positions to release tension patterns of the femur head, patella, knee, ankle, and foot. It is amazing how such gentle techniques can give such deep releases. It is easy on the practitioner and can easily be integrated into any massage or bodywork session.
Patterns of tension of the lower extremities can be translated up into the torso through the pelvis, and affect the whole body. Releasing this tension can help us with gait patterns, being more grounded, and supporting our movements.

This class is NCBTMB approved.

This class is a requirement for the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® Associate and Practitioner training programs.

Description

Ortho-Bionomy® Releases for the Lower Extremities (Phase 4)

Jan 20-21, 2024 9am-6pm (16 CEUs)

This Ortho-Bionomy foundation class works with painless, comfortable positions to release tension patterns of the femur head, patella, knee, ankle, and foot. Our feet and legs work hard to hold us up through the day, and to move us through life. Tension patterns in the Lower Extremities can reflect throughout the entire body.
It is amazing how such gentle techniques can give such deep releases. It is easy on the practitioner and can easily be integrated into any massage or bodywork session. These releases can be effective for both acute and chronic tension patterns. They can help clients looking for increased ease and function, as well as for those looking for relief from pain and tension.

NCBTMB approved.

This class can fulfill a Phase 4 requirement for the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® Associate and Practitioner training programs.
