This class presents practices that relate to the vital subject of expression, beginning with delving into why expression is a major issue in energy healing and so important for the health and well-being for each of us. We will explore hands-on energetically-based techniques for treating a client's upper body, throat, arms and hands. In addition to discussing personal energy practices for the practitioner's development in the area of expression.
