Description

December 14th-15th, 9am-6pm, 16 CEUs

This class takes the principles of Ortho-Bionomy and applies them to the rib region, using osteopathic-based, painless, and gentle body positions. This method is practical, structure oriented, and works with neuromuscular self-correcting reflexes. When properly applied these releases can affect the thoracic vertebrae, breathing, shoulders, neck, digestion, intercostals, quadratus lumborum, and psoas. The gentleness and ease of using these techniques will amaze you and your clients.
