This course explores the physiology of breathing and how to recognize dysfunctional breathing patterns. You will learn practical tools to help clients restore functional breathing to support issues such as poor sleep, heightened stress reactivity, high blood pressure, and anxiety. The course also teaches how to integrate intentional breathing with movement to improve mobility, increase energy, enhance recovery, and support long-term well-being.
