Marissa Emery 

Marissa is a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, and became a licensed massage therapist and a mother in 2009. The intersection of these pivotal life experiences sparked her passion for supporting new mothers through massage. After the birth of her second son she launched Mama Needs Massage, a private practice just outside of Portland, Oregon.
Since 2014, she has taught massage to laypeople, professional nurturers, and children. Now as an NCBTMB Approved Provider, she brings diverse experience, intuition, and energy to her continuing education classes. Marissa believes in the power of touch to heal and loves sharing her passion with others.
